About Aspire
With a vision to reach their city, Tim and Kay Lynn Woods began taking steps to plant a church.
In January of 2026, they invited people into their home and these people invited others. The growing group of believers committed to the vision of a spiritual renewal in OKC.
By the end of February the gathering had outgrown Tim and Kay Lynn’s living room. The believers began asking God to provide the next step. In March, they were offered an office building in Oklahoma City to use as a meeting place.
In May, this community of believers begins Sunday gatherings. Throughout the summer, their meetings will be both inspirational and informational, focusing on practical training equipping the core team to launch Aspire Community Church.
Tim and Kay Lynn have been married for 14 years. Tim is a minister and an educator. Kay Lynn is a nurse. However, their greatest joy is modeling to their four children how to give God the reins of an ordinary life and follow Him on an adventure of a lifetime.
Changed people change the city. Changed cities change the world.

We are aiming up. The trajectory of our lives is one direction. Up. The pursuit of God is our purpose, His Word lights our path, Jesus is the way, and the Spirit is our guide. As we rise, we lift up others. In our pursuit of God, we lift others. It matters not where a person begins. If the trajectory is upward, community is possible. We will not tear down. We encourage. We help. We serve. The higher we rise, the farther we reach. Pursuing God transforms us. We believe. We love. We give. Our lives influence others. Communities are transformed, our city is renewed, and the world is changed.
